Management of OOO Kliver took part in a solemn ceremony of the first formal offloading from the new LNG plant Cryogas-Vysotsk that took place on April 24, 2019, in witness of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. This is the only medium-scale LNG production plant in the Baltic Sea region. Its capacity is 660 thousand ton of LNG per year. The project has been implemented by PAO NOVATEK together with JSC Gazprombank.
In 2018, OOO Kliver fabricated at its yard and loaded out 16 off gas treatment modules for the Vysotsk LNG plant.
The scope of work that had been performed included engineering of shop drawings, fabrication of all steel structures of the modules, fabrication of process piping, installation and connection of equipment, testing, load-out, completion of modules and erection of equipment on site of the LNG plant.

Cryogas-Vysotsk medium-scale LNG project is located in the port of Vysotsk, the Leningrad Region (the Baltic Sea). Its infrastructure includes a 42,000 m3 LNG storage tank and an offloading terminal designed to handle LNG carriers with a capacity of up to 30,000 m3. The second train (1.1 million ton capacity) of the Cryogas-Vysotsk LNG plant will be commissioned in 2020.
