Keel Laying Ceremony of D33 Project
On December 10, 2021, a keel laying ceremony was held at OOO Kliver Yard within the implementation of the Development of D33 Offshore Field project. The ceremony was attended by Yu. A. Kessler, General Director of LLC LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft (the Customer), Massimo Natale, the Site Manager of Rosetti Marino S.р.A. (the Contractor), V. G. Kemoklidze, Head of the Kaliningrad Branch of RMRS, and A. A. Ugadchikov, Executive Director of OOO Kliver.
OOO Kliver is to fabricate a jacket of over 3000 t weight and 95 m height. The topside is to be built at the Rosetti Marino S.p.A. Piomboni construction site located in Ravenna, Italy.
The load-out of the jacket is scheduled for August 2022 with destination to the Baltic Sea where it will be installed on the field.
The wellhead platform will be commissioned in 2023.
