POLICY
Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Policy
The Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Policy ("the Policy") of OOO Kliver ("the Company") expresses the position of the Company's Management on the occupational health, safety and environment issues and is the basis for establishing objectives, principles and high standards in this area.
The Policy takes into account the requirements of international standards as regards the provision of occupational health, safety and environment protection.
One of the main conditions for improvement of occupational health, safety and environment in the Company is still the individual responsibility of all employees of the Company for prevention of personal accidents, injuries, occupational diseases, and industrial accidents.
The Company recognizes the priority of life and health of its employees. Safe work is a mandatory condition for employment at our Company. We aspire to excluding any harm to health of our employees. We strictly follow the principle that any injuries, occupational diseases and industrial accidents can and must be prevented. All of us are responsible to follow this principle.
We minimize our impact on the environment, effectively use energy, timely arrange for collection, transportation, disposal, and placement of the waste produced. Our obligations are as follows:

to prevent injuries and deterioration of health of employees; to prevent industrial accidents, incidents, and damage to the environment;

to perform services fully in compliance with the customers' requirements and with the requirements that ensure safe work;

to comply with the requirements of the laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, internal OH&S and environment protection documents, and international standards;

to identify, assess and reduce OH&S risks, including those related to the environmental aspects of the Company's activity;

to minimize the impact on the environment by preventing pollution and limiting emissions, by efficient use of natural resources, and by reducing and recycling waste;

to provide the necessary material and technical resources for the implementation of this Policy;

to perform constant monitoring of the compliance with the occupational health, safety and environment protection requirements;

to conduct training of employees on methods of safe work, to motivate them to behave safely in the workplace, to provide them with effective and quality personal protective equipment;

to require suppliers and contractors that operate at the Company's facilities to comply with the OH&S and environment protection standards and regulations that are similar to or higher than those applied at the Company;

to set for ourselves goals and objectives for improvement of the working conditions;

to review, correct, improve and effectively communicate this Policy of the Company to the employees of the Company and to other interested organizations on a regular basis.
We expect the following from all of our managers and personnel:

safe behavior at work and a responsible attitude to environment protection;

implicit and correct application of personal protection equipment and techniques ensuring safe performance of work;

personal contribution of all the employees to improve safety in the workplace;

prompt reporting to the management of all incidents at the production facilities.
